Your skin may be very sensitive to betaine salicylate. Seven Young recommends using the product once a week to help your skin get used to it, and then over time you can use it 2 to 3 times a week.
On the days you use it, avoid any other products containing AHA and BHA acids, retinol, or vitamin C.

1- After cleansing your skin, use a cotton pad and apply an appropriate amount to your skin
2- Focus on congested areas like the T-zone
3- Wait for the product to be completely absorbed then move on to the next step
4- Use the product preferably at night and protect your skin from UV rays by using a sunscreen of at least SPF 30.
